This year; I have 20 years of experience in the security and protection industry. Since 1986 I have been employed in the Military, private security, close protection and counter terrorism industry. I have held positions as training manager, operations manager and human resource manager.

Thus I have the professional experience necessary to help you achieve your goals. In my private career I have personally trained and mentored more than three hundred security officers, soldiers, police officers and close protection officers.

My career coaching mission is to help you achieve the position in your professional life that you want. Therefore I have designed a 7 step career coaching program, specifically designed for the security sector.

First, I will help you clarify your visions and values in both your personal and professional life, then we will use my 6 step career program, SECURE to ensure that your career Will take a leap forward.

My career coaching program SECURE, is an acronym for: Survey, Explore, Create, Unveil, Reach and Evaluate.

During the Survey phase we will survey your current professional position and status.

In the Explore phase we will explore the options open to you in accordance with your vision and values.

In the Create phase we will set your specific goals and create a game plan for achieving them.

In the Unveil phase we will Unveil your full potentials and value using my AIDCO system.

Upon reaching the Reach phase, you have reached your first short term goals and its time to celebrate.

After the celebration we will enter the Evaluate phase, where we will evaluate your new position in life.

By now we will come to the conclusion of the career coaching program, you will now have achieved several of your original goals and are now holding all the tools to manage your own career success. You are now ready to achieve full independence in managing your life and career success in the future.
